What is the COE program?
The COE program is a one-and-a-half-day educational experience focused on the safe and effective use of the DETOUR™ system. The program combines didactic instruction with live PTAB case observation to support real-world procedural understanding.

Are there any requirements prior to attending?
Facility credentialing requirements may require participants to submit documentation prior to attendance. Endologix maintains a list of COE site requirements and will provide details to confirmed participants in advance.
What is PTAB with the DETOUR™ System?
PTAB with the DETOUR™ System is a percutaneous alternative to open lower-limb bypass for patients with peripheral artery disease (PAD) who:
- Have long femoropopliteal lesions (20–46 cm)
- Can include patients with chronic total occulsions (100mm to 425 mm) or diffuse stenosis >70%
- Sub optimalcandidates for bypass surgery
